Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes, completely free forever for up to 50 bookings per month. No credit card required to start. Perfect for solo instructors or studios just getting started.
What happens when I upgrade mid-month?
We prorate to the day. You only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle, and your renewal date stays exactly the same.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime with one click. If you're on an annual plan, we refund unused full months pro rata. Monthly plans simply stop renewing.
Do you take a percentage of my payments?
No. We never take a cut of your revenue. Standard payment processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), which go directly to our payment partner Stripe.
What counts as a booking?
Any confirmed appointment, class, or session. Cancellations and no-shows don't count toward your monthly limit on the Starter plan.
Can I try Professional or Studio before committing?
Yes! Both paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Downgrade to Starter anytime if you change your mind.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20% on Professional ($278/year) or Studio ($758/year). Switch to annual billing anytime from your account settings.
What if I need more than the Studio plan offers?
We offer custom Enterprise plans for larger studios with multiple locations or specialized needs. Email sales@studiobook.com and we'll build a plan that fits.
